This project, announced in February 2023, involves the construction of a modern facility designed to provide safe and supportive accommodations for women who are fleeing family violence.
Stellar Equipment and Services recently completed the construction of the Ice Wall, a robust retaining wall system designed to provide long-term stability and erosion control in challenging terrain. This project was part of a broader site preparation and infrastructure upgrade initiative in a cold-climate environment, where frost heave and water management present unique engineering challenges.
